Hey everyone!
Jared and I are now laying in bed in Little Rock, AK, full of Taco Bell, and ready to hit the hay. We've had a crazy past couple of weeks prepping, but it all ended up going very smooth! The trailer was fully packed, as is my little Civic. We were up at 3 this morning, and got on the road at 4:30. We managed to avoid almost all traffic while going through the major cities (Atlanta, Birmingham, and Memphis), so that made our 11 hour drive easier. Can't believe we went across 5 states today!
Tomorrow, we'll be hitting the road around 9:30 am, and will be driving to Amarillo, Texas. I kind of love that our directions for tomorrow are literally "get on I-40 W and drive for 594 miles." Ha! We'll be going across all of Oklahoma, and hitting the Big Texan Steakhouse for dinner. :)
I'll try to get some pictures to post tomorrow night. :)
